Unconventional method

In the present labour market it is very difficult to attract first-rate qualified engineers. Conventional methods are not sufficient anymore. Ludens Faber has a creative, unconventional method, that takes care of finding that first-rate staff.

Our method is based on the concept of developing towards ‘fit for use’ and partnerships. We start a long-term collaboration. We have a pool of flexible engineers. Together we take care of these engineers and see they get the needed professional education and training in advance, shaped to your needs. This way, you get a staff that matches your wishes completely. Of course you can assess these people yourself.

 

Engineers can be linked to you in various ways (see also what services we can offer). Flexibility is the keyword! During the project, we keep in touch with you and the engineer. Ludens Faber is a reliable partner, we do everything we can to help your organisation.
