Enrolling with Ludens Faber means the start of a long-term, intensive relation, aimed on development and professionally challenging jobs. Together we examine your knowledge and skills, your options and wishes. This is written down in a joined plan of development. Where necessary you participate in an educational track that suits your new labour surroundings. During this process you are coached by Ludens Faber. After that, you’re introduced to your new employer and before you know it, you’re working in your new, inspiring job!

But that’s not all. We remain with you, and we relocate you after the job is done. Everything in dialogue, so you can develop your own career.
